Chair
Chris Fairman CPO
Co-founder of GreatLakes Prosthetics & Orthotics in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Fairman previously sat on the board of directors for the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics, Orthotics and Pedorthics, serving as President in 2016. He continues to volunteer as an examiner for the ABC Prosthetic and Orthotic clinical practical exams. He is the Treasurer of his state board, the Michigan Orthotic and Prosthetic Association.

Mark Geil PhD
Professor of Biomechanics and Associate Dean for Research in the Wellstar College of Health and HumanServices at Kennesaw State University. He also has faculty appointments at Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. Dr. Geil helped create the world’s first entry-level MS degree program in Prosthetics and Orthotics while at GeorgiaTech, recently transferred to Kennesaw State. He is a Fulbright Senior Specialist awardee. He is an an honorary Member of the American Academy of Orthotists, recipient of the Thranhardt and Research Awards and member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Treasurer
James Kingsley MBA
Regional Vice President at Hanger Clinics and prior to that as Chief Operating Officer for Scheck & Siress. He has served in accounting, sales and marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and operations roles. He has worked in start-ups and turnaround companies as well as Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T and Emerson Electric. Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University ofIllinois and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.

Shane Wurdeman PhD, CP, FAAOP(D)
Vice President of Scientific Affairs within Hanger’s Department of Clinical and Scientific Affairs. He entered the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics as a technician before transitioning to working as a prosthetist/orthotist and finally into his role as a principal investigator. Dr. Wurdeman has co-authored more than 60 peer-reviewed manuscripts, 4 book chapters, and presented more than 100 conference abstracts within the field of orthotic and prosthetic rehabilitation.
DIRECTORS
Nina Bondre MBA, CPO
Bondre holds and MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently working for Medtronic in Strategic Finance. She previously worked as a CPO and Clinical Educator and remains active in O&P in addition to her primary work in medical devices. She has worked on advocacy efforts with So Every Body Can Move and with Click Medical on pursuing several HCPCS codes, including L5783 for RevoFit for lower extremity prosthetic applications. She was named the 2022 O&P Woman of the Year for her contributions to the O&P profession.
Duffy Felmlee MSPO, CPO, FAAOP(D)
Associate Professor in O&P at the University of Hartford. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists with Distinction. Felmlee serves as University of Hartford’s Director of the Adult Balance Lab, Technical Director of the MSPO Lab, and Associate Program Director. He is involved with global non-profits, having served on teams for Dreaming and Working Together in Peru and LimbKind Foundation. Duffy has with the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists with the Board of Directors, Fabrication Sciences Society, Outcome Research and Online Education Committees and the O&PiQ Advisory Board. The Academy recognized Felmlee as Educator of the Year in 2020.
Graci Finco PhD, CPO
Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy in the School of Health Professions at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and a secondary appointment in the Center for Anatomical Science within the School of Biomedical Sciences. Finco is the Director of the Limb Loss and Difference Lab and teaches courses in orthotics and prosthetics, as well as conducting clinical research. She is currently consulting with the Amputee Coalition as an External Evaluator to measure program improvement. She has mentored a variety of students in clinical research, secured competitive funding, published manuscripts and has been invited to speak at national conferences.
Chrysta Irolla MS, MSPO, CPO
Irolla earned a Master of Science in Engineering Design and Innovation from Northwestern University and her Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Irolla was with the University of California San Francisco for 12 years as a clinician, clinical manager of pediatrics, departmental research chair, and residency mentor. She joined the Hospital for Special Surgery in 2024 to become the Director of Prosthetics and Orthotics, bringing her expertise to help guide and grow the department.
Brian Kaluf BsE, CPO, FAAOP
Director of Ottobock’s Salt Lake City Research Hub and helps translate research and technologies into successful clinical applications. Prior to joining Ottobock, Kaluf served patients at Ability P&O as Clinical Outcome and Research Director. Brian supports a portfolio of funded research collaborations, has authored peer reviewed journal articles, presents at national and international scientific conferences, and served on the board of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists.
Lily Komraus MS
Director of Partner Professional Education for Hanger, Inc, where she leads a team in the development and dissemination of evidence-based education to healthcare partners around the world. Komraus works in collaboration with Hanger’s Clinical and Scientific Affairs to develop programs aimed at improving patient care. She has experiences with a wide breadth of organizations such as MD Anderson Cancer Center (TX), the Allen Institute for Brain Science (WA), and the Texas Medical Association (TX) where she recognized the impact collaborative learning can have on the success of patients everywhere.
Sara Morgan PhD, CPO
Senior Research Scientist and co-Director of the Spine ResearchProgram at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, MN. Dr. Morgan is an Associate Professor at both the University of Minnesota and the University of Washington. She is an active volunteer in professional organizations, currently a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Prosthetics and Orthotics.
