Fanny Schultea MS, MSEd, CPO, LP, FAAOP(D)

Executive Director

Fanny is a certified Orthotist Prosthetist and Fellow with Distinction of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP). She is passionate about evidence-based practice through knowledge translation and professional development, health policy and innovation in O&P clinical care. Prior to her role at the O&P Foundation, she served as Assistant Professor in the Baylor College of Medicine O&P Program and former Director of AAOP’s O&PiQ. Fanny continues her service to the profession in her roles on the Limb Loss and Preservation (LLPR) Scientific Committee and the AAOP O&PiQ’s Advisory Board.

Fanny is a U.S. Army combat veteran with service during the Global War on Terrorism. 

In her free time she enjoys being active in the great outdoors with her husband Austin and son Sterling.
