Kathleen Carroll MS, MSPO, CPO, FAAOP

Kathleen Carroll is an ABC-certified prosthetist orthotist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. She currently serves as Outcomes Program Specialist at Hanger Clinic, where she supports data-informed clinical care through the development, implementation, and education of orthotic and prosthetic outcomes measurement strategies.

A dedicated advocate for advancing the orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) profession, Kathleen has played an active role in education and early career development. She has served as an adjunct instructor in the Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MSPO) program at the University of Hartford, a Regional Residency Liaison for the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE), and Chair of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists’ (AAOP) Student Resident Committee.

Kathleen holds degrees in mathematics and prosthetics and orthotics. She is passionate about integrating clinical experience with outcomes data to improve the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
