Adan Vazquez M.Ed., CP/L., ACUE

Adan is a certified ABC Prosthetist. He earned a Master of Education from Auburn University in 2010. He earned a post-bachelor’s Certificate of Prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2012. He is also currently attending Auburn University’s School of Kinesiology and is working on completing his PhD.
Prior to his role as Associate Professor with Alabama State University, he worked as a clinical specialist for a private clinic in the southeastern U.S. He is passionate about helping others discover their strengths and specializes in complex prosthetic care as well as career development courses.
Adan is a recipient of the 2025 American Academy Outstanding Educator Award.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Kelly Vazquez and exploring the outdoors.
